N V Sathyanarayana ( popularly known as “Sathya”) is an Information entrepreneur and a professional Librarian rolled into one. Currently, the Chairman & Managing Director of the company he pioneered online access to information in pre-internet era. He was a member of The National Task Force on Information Technology and Software Development (Working Group on Content Creation and Content Industry) constituted by the Prime Minister of India in 1998. He is the chairman of The Working Group on Libraries & Knowledge Network (LKN) – Karnataka Knowledge Commission (KKC) and Member of the Research Council of “National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources (NISCAIR), New Delhi. Sathya has 100+ publications to his credit published in various academic and industry journals and conferences.

He was the Recipient of the “Young Information Scientist Award” by the Society of Information Science (1992.)

Sanjay Grover who took over as the CEO - India Operations in July 2009 has been with Informatics since 1992. Sanjay joined Informatics at the Delhi Branch as Regional Manager and then moved to Bangalore as National Sales Manager in 1999. Sanjay has Post Graduation in System Management and Export Marketing. Sanjay also developed the export market for Informatics in his role as Vice President - Global Business Development in 2007 and 2008.

Mr. S Sathya Prakash ( SSP) has been with Informatics since 2000. He is currently managing the Subscription Operations and HRD at Informatics as General Manager – Operations and HRD. A Mechanical Engineer by profession, SSP has done management certificate courses from IISc and IIM Bangalore. His has contributed in building the Subscription Management System which ensures efficient services to our customers for journals, e-journals and databases
